Returns Policy

We will happily refund any items returned (excluding shipping) within 30 days as long as they are unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive any faulty or otherwise damaged goods, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@youme.ie as soon as you find out, so we can replace them or refund your money. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we can not take any responsibility for lost items.
